Business Head – Sales & Marketing

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Head to lead the Sales & Marketing function for the Paper Business. The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, managing distribution networks, and ensuring profitability across domestic and export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Growth

• Develop and implement long-term business strategies to drive revenue and market share
• Identify new markets, applications, and customer segments
• Monitor competitor activities and define counter strategies

Sales & Distribution Management

• Strengthen dealer/distributor network across regions
• Drive sales planning, forecasting, and execution
• Ensure achievement of revenue, margin, and collection targets

Key Account Management

• Build strong relationships with institutional and large customers
• Drive customer retention and long-term contracts

Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams across geographies
• Define KPIs and ensure performance tracking

Candidate Profile

• MBA (Sales/Marketing preferred)
• 18–22 years’ experience (Paper/Industrial sector preferred)
• Strong P&L ownership and leadership experience
