Role Overview:
Responsible for driving regional sales, managing channel partners, and expanding the customer base for the Rama Paper division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales volume and revenue targets
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor network
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Ensure timely collections and customer servicing
- Track market trends and competitor activities
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/MBA preferred
- 8–12 years’ experience in B2B sales
- Strong relationship management skills
