Job Description:
Education: UG: Interior Design, B.Arch, B.Des in interior design, B.Voc in interior design
Working hours: 10am to 6pm or as being followed at site Monday to Saturday
Standard leave policy
Self-owned laptop with ACAD, MS office
Key Role & responsibilities
- Be the Single Point of Contact between the client & all other teams.
- Drive Tenant Coordination for fitouts at various shopping malls & for other projects
- Track down deliverables & timelines and be accountable for all follow ups & activities to ensure all timelines are adhered till project completion.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports wrt project status and present the same in review meetings.
- Conduct & lead and minute various meetings required for the project progress.
- Maintain all administrative record of the project
- Manage communication wrt mails, video conference calls, tele calls effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct site visits periodically with /without team as required.
- Being posted at site if site is within Mumbai as required
- Great at power point, excel, MS word & ACAD
Additional roles:
- The person may have to fulfil these on case-to-case basis when required
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, new projects, and competitor offerings
- Website/Social Media – coordination with agency & minor updations of projects, posts directly.
- Content development & posts management for social media.
- Represent company in industry forums, networking events etc
- Pre sales & leads : Learn and understand our services in order to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients. Assist the Founders team in identifying and analysing new client leads. Coordinate sales meets for founders, support the Founders by participating in client meetings and providing pitch & presentations.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
- New Ventures: We are developing couple of new ventures ie a portal for architects and vendors of materials etc and another product based portal etc. We want the person to be a part of the same bringing in valuable inputs & BD.
- Any other new role wrt work in office
