Job Description:

Designation: Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager
Role: Product Manager
Experience: 5 to 8 years
Qualification: MBA
Location: Churchgate

Roles & Responsibilities:
 Managing and driving the Mortgage Business performance through various business analytical repots
 Analysis of market share data and provide inputs to the senior management and sales team to enhance and improve business performance
 Assist the Management with analysis of MIS and prepare data and provide data analytics to Sales & Operations team and Management.
 Handle communication for new product launch within the organization.
 Introduction and improvement of policies and processes with respect to existing product portfolio.
 Work closely with the L&D team to design training modules to enable the sales force on the new product variants to ensure better sourcing and business conversion.
 Liaison with stakeholders and drive towards sales force transformation.
 Driving various initiatives with the objective of improving sales force efficiency.
 Assist sales team and drive business through performance trackers, marketing activities for sales team. 
 Design new contests/campaigns to enhance the sales force productivity in the organization.
 Resolve customer complaints in consultation with various stakeholders as per the prescribed timelines.
 Will have to co-ordinate with Product / Credit team of HDFC Bank.

Desired Candidate:
1. MBA or equivalent Postgraduate qualification.
2. Excellent communication skills & Stakeholder management.
3. Experience in the BFSI sector would be preferred.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
