Job Description:

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Manager to drive online sales and brand presence across all digital platforms. This role will be instrumental in building and scaling the e-commerce division while contributing to the company’s digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive e-commerce sales growth across all digital platforms.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Oversee product listings and catalog management on all online platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.).
  • Manage order fulfilment, inventory control, and ensure seamless coordination with operations and logistics.
  • Plan and execute promotions, advertising campaigns, and platform-specific sales initiatives.
  • Build and expand a strong online presence for the company's brands, ensuring brand consistency and visibility.
  • Research and onboard new e-commerce platforms and identify emerging digital sales channels.
  • Coordinate with distributors and identify opportunities to appoint new distributors in key regions.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to optimize packaging, reduce costs, and improve overall processes.
  • Collaborate with the billing and finance teams to ensure timely posting of invoices, refunds, and documentation.
  • Monitor payments, returns, and platform chargebacks, ensuring healthy profitability.
  • Regularly review the P&L by brand and platform to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the social media team to align e-commerce strategies with digital marketing efforts, including product promotions, influencer partnerships, and audience engagement on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and innovations in e-commerce.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven track record in e-commerce sales and account management.
  • Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and platform algorithms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing projects independently.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Basic understanding of social media marketing and its role in e-commerce success.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to take complete ownership of the e-commerce division.
